Have you heard the aphorism, “Action speaks louder than words?”
Earlier in the week we learned that you can’t do a good deal with a bad person. The best way to identify trustworthy people is to compare their words to their actions. The great Zig Ziglar, when teaching his Sunday school class would often say, “There is no such thing as a Sunday Christian. You can’t be one thing on Sunday and something different the rest of the week.” A leader’s daily actions reveal the kind of person who is out front and the decisions they make. Can they be trusted or are they as the saying goes, “They’re an empty suit?” Sol says… “As in water face reflects face, so a man’s heart reveals the man.” ~ Proverbs 27:19 What degree of integrity and trustworthiness do your actions reveal? Take inventory, then make it a great day and keep being awesome.
