Sol's Wisdom for Leaders
Building on the leadership lesson shared yesterday, the teams I led grew to be self-aware, independent, and confident that the direction and insights shared with them were for their benefit for growth, not for that of the leaders. While your methods may change from situation to situation, as a leader, you must be consistent in your direction to help your people become more, in order to achieve more, leading to unyielding trust in you and your motives. Sol says… “My advice is wholesome. There is nothing devious or crooked in it.” ~ Proverbs 8:8 Perform a self-evaluation of the trust level your team has in you and begin today to be consistent in developing and maintaining that trust so your team will know that your advice is wholesome. Make it a great day and keep being awesome.
